RN Registered Nurse
About the role
We are affiliated with Life Care Centers of America, a 47-year industry leader with over 200 locations across the U.S. We are currently seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patient needs through ongoing assessment and revise care plans based on changes in the patient's condition.
- Provide clinical supervision to Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs).
- Implement and interpret programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the department.
- Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients.
- Concentrate and use reasoning skills and good judgment.
- Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team.
Requirements
- Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing).
- Currently licensed/registered in applicable State.
- Maintain an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment.
- One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred.
- CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. Must remain current during employment.
Qualifications
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a positive attitude.

$3,500 sign-on bonus for full-time employment.
Schedule
6:45 AM - 7:15 PM, or 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM.
