RN Registered Nurse

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our interdisciplinary team at Life Care Centers of America. Our facilities provide long-term care and short-term rehabilitation for patients recovering from various conditions.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient needs through ongoing assessment and revise care plans based on changes in the patient's condition.
• Provide clinical supervision to Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs).
• Implement and interpret programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the department.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients.
• Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team.

Requirements

• Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing).
• Currently licensed/registered in applicable State.
• Maintain an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation.

Pay

• $38 - $42 per hour.
