RN Registered Nurse

About the role

We are affiliated with Life Care Centers of America, an industry leader with over 200 locations across the U.S. We are currently seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient needs through ongoing assessment
• Revise care plans based on changes in the patient’s condition
• Provide clinical supervision to Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)
• Implement and interpret departmental programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients
• Concentrate and use reasoning skills and good judgment
• Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team

Requirements

• Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing)
• Currently licensed/registered in applicable State
• Maintain an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation

Qualifications

• Licensure: Currently licensed/registered in applicable State
• Certification: CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation

Pay

• New wage starting at $42.50/hr

Schedule

• Shifts available: 6a-6p (Thur/Fri/Sat) and 1FT Eve Shift
• Shift Differential: $3 for Eve/Noc shifts
