RN Registered Nurse

About the role

Life Care Center of Plainwell is a non-mandating facility offering nursing care. The position is part of a multidisciplinary team committed to delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient needs through ongoing assessment
• Revise care plans based on changes in the patient's condition
• Provide clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)
• Implement and interpret programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the department
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients
• Concentrate and use reasoning skills and good judgment
• Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team

Requirements

• Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing)
• Currently licensed/registered in applicable State
• Maintain an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation

Benefits

Competitive wages starting at $40 per hour for less than 1 yr experience and additional shift differentials. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered for Full Time RNs. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
