- Order Management: Execute physician orders with 100% accuracy for complex treatments.
- Strategic Communication: Serve as the primary link between physicians, families, and the facility.
- Regulatory Rigor: Maintain benchmark, "survey-ready" documentation within the EHR.
Qualifications
- Licence: Must hold an active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin.
- Judgment: Strong critical thinking and the ability to lead under pressure.
- Experience: Skilled Nursing (SNF) experience is valued, but we will mentor any high-potential Registered Nurse (RN) ready to lead.
