Key Responsibilities Of The RN Registered Nurse
- Maintain accurate documentation of resident assessments and individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders while coordinating with the pharmacy for refills.
- Work alongside physicians, therapists, and families to ensure high-quality, holistic care as an RN Registered Nurse.
- Supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs to maintain nursing excellence on your unit.
- Participate in facility-wide quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes.
Qualifications
- Active and current RN Registered Nurse license in the state of Wisconsin.
- Strong judgment, critical thinking, and proficiency with EHR systems.
- Excellent interpersonal abilities to effectively lead a diverse clinical team.
