Responsibilities
- Provide sophisticated oversight and clinical delegation to LPNs and CNAs.
- Conduct high-level assessments to identify changes in resident conditions as a premier Registered Nurse (RN).
- Execute physician orders with precision and serve as the primary link between physicians, families, and the facility.
- Maintain benchmark, survey-ready documentation within the electronic health record (EHR).
Qualifications
- License: Must hold an active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin.
- Experience: Skilled Nursing (SNF) experience is valued, but we will mentor any high-potential Registered Nurse (RN) ready to lead.
- Judgment: Strong critical thinking and the ability to lead under pressure.

Pay
- Sign‑on bonus: $7,500 for full‑time, $3,750 for part‑time.
- Competitive base rates plus generous shift and weekend differentials.
