About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) passionate about pediatric and adult care to join our Skilled Nursing team in our Manchester office. Our mission is to deliver the highest quality care with compassion, excellence, and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
- Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state
- CPR certification
Qualifications
- Current nursing license in good standing in the state
- Current CPR certification
Skills
Empathy, organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential.

Pay
$42-$45 /hour based on clients' acuity
