About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team at Ballard Center. This position offers flexible shifts including Day, Evening, and Weekend.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver nursing care to residents in accordance with current company, federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
- Guide and support a team of Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN/LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure optimal care for our residents.
Requirements
- Current and unencumbered license to practice as an RN in the state.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
- Knowledgeable of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care.
Nice to have
- Nursing experience providing direct care to multiple residents.
- Experience in Skilled Nursing environment.
- Experience with PointClickCare.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $51-$55 per hour, based on experience. A hiring bonus is also available: Day shift $3500 sign on bonus for a full timer, PM Shift $6500 sign on bonus for a full timer.
