Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive health assessments and manage individual resident care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with state regulations and physician orders.
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs, providing leadership, guidance, and support across the shift.
• Monitor resident progress, document clinical notes accurately, and report changes in status.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and therapy teams to optimize rehabilitation and long-term care outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Jersey.
• Previous experience in long-term care, sub-acute rehab, or geriatric nursing is preferred.
• Strong leadership, critical thinking, and interpersonal communication skills.
