Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, adhering to regulatory standards
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
• Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication

Requirements

• Current RN licensure in the state of New Jersey
• Completed Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or related field
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and transfer patients with assistance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
