Status: Full-Time
Shift: Variable Days
Summary
The Ambulatory PreOp/PACU RN responsibilities include:
- RN independently cares for a sub-specialty group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards
- RN delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team
- RN is responsible for professional accountability and development according to best practice standards set forth by a nationally recognized specialty organization
- RN is also performs the role of preceptor and charge nurse when assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Specific Skills: Clinical skills appropriate to position, Interpersonal skills, Certifications And Licensures BLS (Basic Life Support), RN (Registered Nurse), ACLS (Cardiovascular) if required by department
