About the role
Life Care Centers of America operates Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) that provide long‑term care for residents needing ongoing skilled support and short‑term sub‑acute rehabilitation for patients recovering from surgery, illness, or injury. Care is delivered through an interdisciplinary team approach serving a diverse patient population with orthopedic, neurological, cardiopulmonary, and post‑acute needs. As a Registered Nurse you will help patients achieve functional progress and improve quality of life in a supportive, patient‑centered environment. New graduates are welcome. The position is full‑time/PRN and you will be part of a 47‑year‑old, privately owned healthcare leader with over 200 locations nationwide.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patient needs through ongoing assessment and revise care plans based on changes in the patient’s condition.
- Provide daily clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs.
- Implement and interpret department programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures.
- Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward patients.
- Concentrate, use reasoning skills, and exercise good judgment.
- Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team.
Requirements
- Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing).
- Currently licensed/registered as an RN in the applicable state; must maintain an active RN license in good standing.
- One year of skilled nursing experience preferred.
- CPR certification required at hire or obtainable during orientation; certification must remain current.

Pay
Wage range: $46.00 – $56.07 per hour (DOE). Sign‑on bonus: $10,000. Night shift differential applies.
