About the role

Life Care Centers of America, a privately owned 47‑year industry leader with over 200 skilled nursing facilities nationwide, is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its interdisciplinary team. The RN will provide long‑term care, short‑term sub‑acute rehabilitation, and collaborative care for a diverse patient population in a supportive, patient‑centered environment. Responsibilities

• Deliver quality nursing care through interpersonal contact, helping patients attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well‑being.
• Evaluate patient needs via ongoing assessment and revise care plans based on changes in condition.
• Provide daily clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs.
• Implement and interpret department programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward patients.
• Use reasoning skills and good judgment.
• Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team.

Requirements

• Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing).
• Current RN license in the applicable state; must maintain an active license in good standing.
• One year of skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification at hire or obtained during orientation; must remain current.

Pay

Wage range: $46.00 – $56.07 per hour (DOE). Sign‑on bonus negotiable.

Schedule

Available shifts: Dayshift and Night Shift. Shift differentials for evening and NOC shifts.
