About the role

As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver quality nursing care to patients, ensuring their physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. Your role includes evaluating patient needs through ongoing assessment, revising care plans based on changes in patient condition, and providing clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs.

Responsibilities

• Implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the department
• Exhibit excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude toward patients
• Concentrate, use reasoning skills, and exercise good judgment
• Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team

Requirements

• Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing)
• Currently licensed/registered in the applicable State; must maintain an active RN license in good standing throughout employment
• One (1) year of skilled nursing experience preferred
• CPR certification upon hire or obtained during orientation; must remain current during employment
