RN Registered Nurse $7,500 Sign-On Bonus

About the role

We are currently seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to add to our team of professionals. Our company is affiliated with Life Care Centers of America, a 47-year industry leader with over 200 locations across the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient needs through ongoing assessment
• Revise care plans based on changes in the patient’s condition
• Provide clinical supervision to Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)

Requirements

• Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing)
• Currently licensed/registered in applicable State
• Maintain an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation

Qualifications

• Education: Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing)
• Licensure: Currently licensed/registered in applicable State
• Experience: One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
• Certification: CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation

Skills

• Ability to evaluate patient needs through ongoing assessment
• Ability to revise care plans based on changes in the patient’s condition
• Ability to provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs
• Excellent customer service and positive attitude towards patients
• Reasoning skills and good judgment
• Effective communication and teamwork
