About the Role

The Registered Nurse provides individualized nursing care for adult and geriatric patients, utilizing theoretical concepts to inform practice. They assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with nursing standards. The position involves working across multiple facilities within a regional footprint, supporting diverse units such as Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, and ICU.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary care teams
• Maintaining current licensure and certifications (BLS, ACLS as applicable)
• Adapting to various patient care settings and conditions
• Ensuring physical demands such as patient mobility assistance are met

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred
• Current RN license in the state or compact licensure
• Minimum one year (Med/Surg) or two years (others) recent bedside RN experience
• Epic experience preferred
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and turn patients up to 50 pounds
