RN - Regional Field Nurse Supervisor

About the Role

Provide clinical oversight, quality monitoring, and staff supervision in home and clinical settings within a designated area.

Responsibilities

• Conduct supervisory visits to monitor and support nursing staff.
• Offer training and guidance to nursing staff to ensure high-quality care.
• Audit clinical documentation for compliance with regulations and standards.
• Ensure quality standards are consistently met across all care settings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Perform home visits for wound care, medication management, and health assessments.
• Educate patients and caregivers on disease management and safety practices.

Requirements

• Active New York RN license.
• Nursing degree (e.g., ADN, BSN).
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience.
• Preferred experience in home care or working with elderly populations.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Schedule

• Travel required within designated service areas.
• Availability for weekend, nighttime, and on-call duties.
