REGIONAL FIELD NURSE SUPERVISOR
Salary Range
$127,000.00 – $129,000.00 (2 – 4 years)
$129,100.00 - $131,000.00 (5 – 9 years)
$131,100.00 - $133,000.00 (10+ years)
What You'll Do
- Carry out joint supervisory visits with field nurses.
- Conduct in-home nursing visits for patients with complex medical needs, performing clinical assessments, treatments, and patient education.
- Mentor, coach, and develop nursing and paraprofessional staff.
- Audit clinical documentation for quality and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure evidence-based nursing standards are followed.
- Monitor care delivery and identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with physicians, care coordinators, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Support Diagnostic & Treatment Center nursing operations as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Active New York State RN license
- BSN from an accredited nursing program
- NYSED Infection Control Certification
- Minimum 3 years of nursing experience
- Strong assessment, communication, and leadership skills
- Valid NY Driver's License and reliable vehicle
- Home Care, PACE, MLTC, Managed Care, or supervisory experience preferred
