RN Refresher Preceptorship
About the role
This Preceptorship opportunity provides RNs a collaborative learning environment in which you will have the opportunity to redevelop your nursing skills, enhance your knowledge, and complete clinical hours required for your RN Refresher Program. These clinical hours will need to be completed per the guidelines of the program you are enrolled in.
Responsibilities
- Complete precepted shifts in a unit at one of our Banner Health facilities to be clinically supported by unit staff and educators.
- Unit preferences will be taken into consideration as we strive to achieve your nursing career goals.
Requirements
- Enrollment in refresher program with the board of nursing
- Current BLS card through the American Heart Association or able to obtain before program starts
- BSN is preferred
- Ideal candidates will reside in a state with a Banner Health clinic, hospital, or facility
Qualifications
The successful candidate must be an RN who is enrolled and actively completing a Refresher RN program, potentially as directed by a Board of Nursing.
