About the role
Join a dynamic team as a Registered Nurse in the Recovery Room at a leading medical center. This role involves delivering high‑quality, compassionate patient care in a fast‑paced environment, focusing on recovery and post‑operative support.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and monitor vital signs post‑surgery.
- Provide post‑surgical care, including pain management and wound assessment.
- Collaborate with physicians, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare team members.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the recovery period.
- Document patient status and interventions accurately.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Valid Washington RN license.
- Current BLS certification.
- ACLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
- At least one year of acute care experience or completion of a specialty residency at the facility.
- Strong clinical skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
