About the role
St. Mary's Medical Center is seeking a Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) for our Recovery Phase II (Outpatient) Department.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily patient care with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals.
- Ensure effective use of available resources while maintaining established standards of care.
- Manage patient outcomes within an appropriate length of stay.
- Document and justify variations in care based on individual patient needs.
- Assist with the management needs of the Nursing Unit.
