We are currently the only skilled nursing facility in the Apache Junction area. We provide compassionate and personalized skilled nursing care 24 hours a day and specialize in providing rehabilitation services onsite to help our patients regain their independence and return to their homes.

Requirements

• Arizona RN license
• Level one Fingerprint card
• CPR

Job Duties

• Coordinate and participate in resident care of skilled patients
• Manage and administer IVs
• Assist with the overall supervision and management of the nursing staff
• Oversee admissions of new skilled patients
• Make rounds and provide report
• Perform skilled care assessments
