Join the MercyOne Family! We are looking to hire a Registered Nurse for our Behavioral Health Unit. As an RN at MercyOne, you will provide and direct safe, effective, and culturally-competent mental health care for children through aging adult patient populations.
Responsibilities
- Assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care using critical thinking and evidenced-based practice
- Adherence to the Professional Practice Standards as defined by ANA
- Active participation in quality monitoring and performance improvement activities
Requirements
- Registered Nurse licensure in Iowa
- Registered Nurse licensure in Illinois within 1 year
- Basic Life Support certification
Qualifications
- No experience required
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (required)
- Baccalaureate in Nursing (preferred)
- Certified in Mental Health Nursing (preferred)
