The RN Clinical Nurse plays a vital role within an interdisciplinary team, providing high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using evidence-based practices and critical thinking.
• Collaborate through effective communication methods such as interdisciplinary rounds and patient teaching, prioritizing the patient's goals and cultural needs.
• Coordinate care and document accurately.
• Support performance improvement initiatives and promote evidence-based practice and research.
• Serve as preceptors or mentors to foster a competent workforce.
• Participate in protocol development to improve patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Professional licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• Current BLS certification.
• Preferably, experience in direct patient care.
