About the role
We are seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team on a PRN basis. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care, oversee resident care needs, collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, and help ensure the highest level of resident comfort, safety, and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Provide and oversee direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and specialized nursing procedures safely and accurately
- Assess residents and monitor for changes in condition
- Communicate resident status updates to physicians, families, and appropriate team members
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs
- Participate in care planning meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
- Respond appropriately to resident needs, concerns, and emergencies
- Promote resident dignity, comfort, safety, and quality of life
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations
- Utilize PointClickCare (PCC) and other clinical systems as needed
Requirements
- Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Carolina
- Current CPR certification
- Must maintain all required continuing education and licensure requirements
- Must remain in good standing with the South Carolina Board of Nursing
- Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred

Pay
$38–$42/hour plus up to $3/hour shift differential.
