RN Private Duty Nurse

About the role

Providing in-home nursing care to Pediatric and/or Adult patients, utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and adjust care plans
• Administer medications and treatments
• Respond to changes in patient condition
• Coordinate care with healthcare teams
• Educate patients and families
• Document care accurately
• Ensure compliance with protocols

Qualifications

• Current RN license
• Valid health certificate
• BLS certification
• PPD or Chest X-ray
• One year of RN experience preferred
