Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality nursing care to infants with complex needs, including trach/vent, G-tube, and high-acuity conditions.
• Delivering compassionate, patient-centered homecare tailored to individual needs.
• Utilizing electronic documentation tools in patient homes.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve clinical outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills

• Active, unencumbered RN license in the practicing state; compact licenses must transfer within 60 days.
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component (training assistance available).
• TB skin test within the last 12 months.
• Reliable transportation.
• Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.

Schedule

• Flexible scheduling options including days, nights, weekends, full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts.
• Providing care in a home setting to ensure safety and well-being.
• Supporting patients with complex medical needs in their homes.
