About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is looking for Registered Nurses (RNs) who have a passion for adult and/or pediatric care to join our Washington Township Skilled Nursing team, servicing clients throughout Gloucester, Salem, and Cumberland counties. Top Needs

• Infant Trach/Vent client in Carney's Point – Monday–Sunday day and overnight hours
• Infant client in Pennsville – (NG tube feeds and oxygen) – Monday–Sunday day and overnights hours
• Adult Trach/Vent client in Salem – Friday–Sunday overnight hours
• Adult client in Pennsville – Saturday and Sunday day and evening hours

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations

What makes private duty nursing different than home health visits?

• Offers traditional shift types (4’s, 8’s or 10’s)
• Hands-on care with one client
• Building client relationships and watching their milestones
• Client age ranges from infant to geriatric

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in New Jersey

Pay

Pay range: $34–42/hour based on experience and skills

Schedule

• Flexible scheduling with minimum of one ongoing shift per week required
• Morning, evening or overnight shifts work (8’s, 10’s, or 12’s)
• PRN, Part-Time, or Full-Time options
