About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) passionate about home care to join our Skilled Nursing team in Allegheny County.
Responsibilities
- Traveling to clients' homes and providing one-to-one care based on individualized schedules
- Following up, executing, and documenting doctors' orders
- Performing assessments and monitoring clients' conditions
- Documenting observations, interventions, and evaluations
- Providing care for clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels
Requirements
- Valid U.S. nursing license
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program
Skills
- Excellent communication, documentation, and assessment skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to various client needs
Schedule
- Flexible scheduling options including full-time, part-time, PRN, and shifts in morning, evening, overnight, and weekends
