About the role
Provide one-on-one patient support in clients' homes as a private-duty Registered Nurse (RN).
Responsibilities
- Follow doctors' orders and perform assessments
- Monitor patient conditions and document observations, interventions, and evaluations
- Build strong client relationships across a range of ages from infants to geriatrics
- Travel to client homes and follow up on medical plans
- Provide hands-on care and ensure proper documentation
- Deliver high-quality, reliable care
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current, in-good-standing nursing license in the state
