About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one care to Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their homes.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Initiate and modify care plans
- Administer medications and treatments
- Respond to patient condition changes
Qualifications
- Current RN license
- Health certificate
- PPD or Chest X-Ray
- BLS card
- Preferably one year of RN experience
