RN PreOp PACU II PRN - Chardon Surgery Center

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and coordinate patient care to ensure patients meet the criteria for admission into the facility.
• Achieve patient outcomes in alignment with the facility's mission.
• Conduct business and patient care activities in compliance with the hospital's policy on Patient's Rights and Responsibilities, without discrimination based on sex, age, race, or religion or any other potentially discriminatory factor.
• Handle all patient information discreetly and confidentially, being mindful of where and how patient information is shared.

Qualifications

• Licenses or Certifications: Current licensure to practice in the State of Ohio. Successful completion of Basic Cardiac Life Support Course; ACLS preferred and PALS preferred.
• Education, Vocational Training And Experience: Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing. Current ACLS preferred and PALS certificate preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in PAT, ICU OR ER nursing preferred.
