The Chardon Surgery Center is a multi-specialty ambulatory surgery center located in Chardon, Ohio. Established in 2010, this state-of-the-art facility provides exceptional services in ocular-plastics, ophthalmology, orthopedics, and podiatry and is committed to promoting the health and wellness of the community.

About the Role

The Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and coordinating patient care to ensure the patient meets the criteria for admission into the facility. The Registered Nurse is responsible for the achievement of patient outcomes in accordance with the mission of the facility.

Responsibilities include conducting business and patient care activities consistent with the hospital's policy for Patient's Rights and Responsibilities without discriminating against any individual. The role also requires the discrete and confidential handling of all patient information, whether written or spoken.

• Assess, plan, implement, and coordinate patient care to ensure criteria for admission are met.
• Achieve patient outcomes in accordance with the facility’s mission.
• Conduct patient care activities consistent with hospital policies for Patient’s Rights and Responsibilities without discrimination.
• Handle all patient information discreetly and confidentially.

Requirements

• Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio.
• Successful completion of Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) course; ACLS and PALS preferred.
• Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in PAT, ICU, or ER nursing preferred.

Pay

USD $32.12/Hr. – USD $39.42/Hr.
