About the role
We are seeking a leader in the provision of patient care using the nursing process within the framework of the Nurse Practice Act, ANA Code for Nurses and Scope & Standards of Practice. This role involves effectively delegating, directing, and assisting licensed and ancillary team members, while ensuring quality patient outcomes and maintaining involvement in achieving unit and departmental goals.

Requirements
Education Required: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Work Experience Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in nursing. Certifications Required: Current registered nurse (RN) license in state of practice. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association. Preferred: Certification in Clinical Specialty Area.
Qualifications
Proficiency in using computers, software, and web-based applications. Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to present information clearly and professionally to varying levels of individuals throughout the patient care process. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
