Night shift, full time 1900-0730 at INTEGRIS Health Baptist Hospital in Oklahoma City, OK. Sign-on bonus up to $20,000 may be available.

INTEGRIS Health, Oklahoma’s largest not-for-profit health system, is seeking a dedicated caregiver to join us in our mission to partner with people to live healthier lives. The Staff Registered Nurse assumes responsibility for the management and delivery of patient care utilizing the nursing process. May be required to float to other units or participate in on-call status. This position requires population-specific competencies and adherence to National Patient Safety Goals. Mental Health staff must be able to assist with physical restraint of patients, utilizing the identified Behavior Management Technique System. Potential for exposure to infections, communicable diseases, blood, body fluids, electrical equipment, and chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Assessment and re-assessments of patients
• Development of the plan of care
• Implementation of appropriate patient care interventions
• Evaluation of appropriate patient care interventions
• Supervision and coordination of licensed and non-licensed personnel in patient care
• Guidance and mentorship to non-licensed personnel and students
• Documentation of patient care
• Reports to the appropriate manager, director, or vice president

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Oklahoma or current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state
• BLS (Basic Life Support) issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire (Hospice Only: Current CPR in lieu of BLS)
• Other certifications and competencies required based on service line
• Hospice and Employee Health: Valid driver’s license, available and dependable transportation, ability to drive automobile, and proof of current automobile liability insurance
• INTEGRIS Mental Health: Valid Oklahoma State Driver’s License and driving record acceptable to our insurance carrier (for operating INTEGRIS-owned or personal vehicle)

Preferred Qualifications

• Hospice only: CHPN (Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Nurse)
