Responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive patient assessments and recognizing subtle clinical changes, using your judgment to intervene early and advocate for your patients
• Providing safe, evidence-based medications, treatments, and hands-on care grounded in strong clinical judgment
• Serving as a clinical partner to physicians and advanced providers, offering insight that supports timely, well-coordinated care decisions
• Providing clear, compassionate education to patients and families so they feel informed, supported, and prepared for the next phase of care
• Ensuring accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record to promote continuity and patient safety
• Contributing your voice during interdisciplinary rounds, helping drive seamless communication and smooth transitions of care
• Taking an active role in a highly collaborative team environment where shared accountability and teamwork directly impact outcomes

Qualifications

• Hold an active New Jersey Registered Nurse license in good standing
• Current American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification
• A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is strongly preferred
• Prior patient care experience and comfort with electronic medical record systems (EMR) like EPIC are desired

Benefits

• Minimum schedule of one weekend per 4-week cycle plus 2 holidays/year (1 winter, 1 summer)
• 2 days/week from 7p.m. to 7:30 a.m.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $46.90 - $63.97 per hour.
