About the role

Our Residential Program is looking for compassionate LPN and RN professionals to work with medically involved individuals in a 24-hour supported home environment located in Taunton and surrounding communities. The position provides premier services to the individuals in our care.

Responsibilities

• Provide a structured routine including house meetings, individual outings, meal preparation, ADL care, facilitate family visitations, and distribute medication while maintaining human rights at all times.
• Implement Positive Behavior Support and Individual programs as identified in the Individual Service Plans.
• Use de-escalation and crisis management techniques as required to maintain the safety of others.

Requirements

• MA state valid LPN or RN license.
• Qualifying criminal background check and a valid driver’s license.
• TB screening and Physical required upon hire; TB update every two years thereafter.

Pay

Per Diem Pay Rate: $40.00 per hour
