RN Per Diem

Per Diem, Sunday to Saturday with rotating holidays and weekends. Evenings, Nights & Weekends.

Position Summary

Provides quality nursing care through the application of the nursing process using evidence based practice focusing on excellent outcomes and patient experience within the framework of Shared Governance.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: Required: Bachelor's Degree in nursing OR if Associates Degree or Diploma, RN must provide proof of enrollment in a BSN program prior to hire, be continuously enrolled, and complete within 5 years of hire date or internal RN promotion date (all hires after July 2012).
• Minimum Years of Experience: None required; one year of Acute Care Experience preferred.
• License, Registry, or Certification: Current NJ RN licensure and American Heart Association CPR certification required. Certification in specialty preferred.
• Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities: Certified in ACLS and complete Critical Care and Vents training within one year of hire. Must also complete Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation within 6 months. PCCN or Cardiovascular certification preferred.

Pay

Hiring range: $43.50 - $59.25 hourly.
