About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide home-based pediatric care in various areas.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Initiate and adjust care plans
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor patient conditions
- Coordinate education, discharge planning, and goal setting
Qualifications
- Current RN or LPN license
- Valid health certificate
- PPD or chest X-ray
- BLS certification
- Prior RN experience is preferred

- Strong clinical judgment

- Ability to respond to changing patient needs
