RN - Pediatric and Obstetric Care - Night Shift

Role Overview: This position is for a Registered Nurse on the Night Shift, providing specialized nursing care in Nursery, ISCU, Pediatrics, and Labor and Delivery units. Key Responsibilities: Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate care to labor, delivery, and postpartum patientsUtilize the nursing process for planning, implementing, and evaluating patient careSupervise and guide unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary careCollaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of carePromote safety and enhance patient experience Qualifications & Skills: Current Illinois RN license requiredGraduate of an NLN-accredited nursing school; BSN preferredCertification in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP (AHA) requiredMinimum of two years recent clinical experience in Nursery, Pediatrics, Labor & Delivery, or ISCUExperience in the specified units is highly preferred Additional Information: The role involves travel between Evanston and Highland Park Hospitals.
