RN PCU Nights → Registered Nurse - PCU Nights

Role Summary This position is for a registered nurse in the Progressive Care Unit, providing direct patient care in a technically complex environment. The nurse will utilize evidence-based practices, prioritize patient safety, and contribute to a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional outcomes. Key Responsibilities Deliver top-of-scope nursing care utilizing the nursing process.Model proficiency through precepting new staff and supporting team development.Participate in patient safety and quality improvement initiatives.Support individualized specialty education and competency validation.Maintain compliance with unit standards, including AACN’s Synergy Model and specialty certifications. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program with current RN licensure.Minimum 6 months ICU or PCU nursing experience or completion of a fellowship program.Current ACLS and BLS certifications (valid through 60 days of hire).Strong clinical skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and commitment to evidence-based practice.
