Provide direct, high-level patient care in a technically complex Progressive Care Unit, utilizing evidence-based practices and a multidisciplinary team approach.
Responsibilities
- Prioritize patient wellness
- Model proficiency through precepting
- Contribute to safety and quality initiatives
- Support specialty education and competency validation
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active RN licensure
- At least 6 months of ICU or PCU experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
