We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We have content: About the role? The posting includes description of role, maybe "Job Summary". Could map to "About the role". Responsibilities: many bullet-like sentences. Requirements: maybe qualifications. Qualifications: listed. Skills: maybe not explicit but we can infer from description: organizational skills, attention to detail, communication, critical thinking, problem solving, interpersonal relationship skills, knowledge of regulatory etc. Could put under Skills. Benefits: described. Pay: Salary Range given: $31.00 - $49.50. Schedule: Shift: 8 Hours - Day Shifts, Job Schedule: Full time Weekly Hours: 40.00. So we can include Pay and Schedule sections. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO, accommodation, drug free workplace, etc. Also remove navigation, legal, etc. We must preserve all substantive information. So we need to include details: facility location, address, shift, schedule, salary range, department details, job summary, responsibilities, qualifications, benefits. We must not invent or summarize away detail. Must keep specifics. We need to format using

headings,
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We need to decide what constitutes a list. Many sentences can be turned into list items. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We'll produce sections: About the role (maybe using Job Summary), Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe qualifications?), Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. But we must avoid duplication. Let's map: - About the role: could include facility location, department details, shift, schedule? Actually those are more metadata. Could put under About the role: facility, location, address, shift, schedule, salary range? But salary and schedule have own sections. Better: About the role: brief overview of role purpose (job summary). Responsibilities: list of duties. Requirements: maybe "Five years clinical experience required" etc. Qualifications: education, licensure. Skills: specific skills mentioned. Benefits: benefits description. Pay: salary range. Schedule: shift and weekly hours. We must not repeat info. Let's extract. About the role

Facility: Trf 59 Se Bldg. Location: Thief River Falls, MN. Address: 1720 US-59, Thief River Falls, MN 56701, USA. Department: Small team dedicated to improving patient safety; values investigation work, collaboration, and leading groups. Potential for part‑time remote work after orientation, with some on‑site days at TRF.

But we might also include shift and schedule? Those have own sections. Better to keep About the role as job summary only. But we need to include facility etc somewhere. Could put under About the role as prose. Responsibilities: list items from job summary (the duties). We'll extract each duty sentence. Let's list responsibilities: - Actively participates in the overall safety program for Sanford by identifying potential risks within Health Services division facilities that impacts patient safety. - Responsible for managing safety events related to patients, visitors, physicians and employees within the patient safety evaluation system. - Leads, facilitates, and advises key stakeholders, department leadership, vice presidents and chiefs of medicine and nursing during analysis, deliberation and action planning of safe events and day to day patient safety concerns. - Assists in committees like Safety, P&T, & Infection Control Committees, and responsible for Med Safety Committee. - Supports SAFE and workplace violence initiatives. - Manages the day-to-day operation of patient safety programs and provides guidance to providers, clinical and leadership staff. - Develops and maintains systems to detect, monitor, prevent, organize, measure, investigate, report, and manage patient safety events and other indicators of potential patient harm. - Aims to increase patient safety and reduce errors in healthcare processes. - Conducts cause analysis of harm events and those with potential to cause harm. - Collaborates with peers in Quality, Infection Prevention and Control, Compliance, Accreditation, Legal and others to identify and facilitate improvement initiatives based upon findings of cause analyses. - Compiles and analyzes patient safety data for dissemination to operations and leadership. - Prepares summaries for tracking, trending and analysis of event data. We'll put each as
  • . Requirements: maybe "Five years clinical experience required." Also "Must currently hold an unencumbered RN license". Also "Knowledge of regulatory, licensure and accreditation regulations related to patient safety or risk management is desired." Also "Bachelor's degree in healthcare related field, BSN preferred." Also "For Long term care they must maintain a certification/licensure as required by profession state(s) of practice and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges as required by position". That's more qualifications. But we have Qualifications section separate. Let's define: Requirements: maybe the experience and license requirements (must have). Qualifications: education and preferred credentials. But the instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have both Requirements and Qualifications. We need to decide what goes where. Requirements: "Five years clinical experience required." "Must currently hold an unencumbered registered nurse (RN) license with the State Board of Nursing." "Knowledge of regulatory, licensure and accreditation regulations related to patient safety or risk management is desired." (maybe desired not required). Also "For Long term care they must maintain a certification/licensure as required by profession state(s) of practice and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges as required by position". That's a requirement. Qualifications: "Bachelor's degree in healthcare related field, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred." Skills: from job summary: excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills, strong clinical background, independent critical thinking, analytical judgment, problem solving, excellent interpersonal relationship skills, comprehensive knowledge of regulatory, licensure and accreditation regulations related to patient safety. We'll list those. Benefits: as given. Pay: Salary Range: $31.00 - $49.50. Schedule: Shift: 8 Hours - Day Shifts; Job Schedule: Full time; Weekly Hours: 40.00. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now produce HTML. We'll wrap each section in

    then either

    or

    • . For About the role: we can put prose

containing facility, location, address, department details, remote potential. Let's craft:

Facility: Trf 59 Se Bldg. Location: Thief River Falls, MN. Address: 1720 US-59, Thief River Falls, MN 56701, USA. Department: Small team dedicated to improving patient safety; values investigation work, collaboration, and leading groups. Potential for part‑time remote work after orientation, with some on‑site days at TRF.

      That seems fine. Responsibilities:
      • ... each duty.

      • Five years of clinical experience required.
      • Must hold an unencumbered registered nurse (RN) license with the State Board of Nursing.
