RN Patient Recovery

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a rehabilitation setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervising care and treatments, conducting patient assessments, and developing individualized care plans.
• Building meaningful relationships with patients and their families to support recovery.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and addressing patient concerns.
• Serving as a resource for staff, supporting complex patient needs, and celebrating patient milestones.

Requirements

• Valid RN licensure per state regulations.
• CPR certification; ACLS and CRRN preferred.
• Experience in a rehabilitation hospital is a plus.
