RN - Patient Care II

This role requires an RN with at least one year of independent practice experience. Responsibilities include providing patient-centered care across various departments, with specialized credentials for specific areas such as ONCC Chemotherapy and Biotherapy. Certifications needed include ACLS for ICU, ED, PACU, Endo, Tele, OB, MHN Pre-Op, and Specialty Procedural areas, and PALS for Pediatric units (excluding NICU). Newly licensed RNs have six months to obtain ACLS, PALS, and Fetal Monitoring certifications if applicable. RNs transitioning from non-pediatric backgrounds must acquire PALS within 30 days. Additional qualifications include participation in an RN Fellowship Program, requiring one year of independent practice and certifications in ACLS and BLS.
