RN - Patient Care II

About the role

This role requires a Registered Nurse (RN) with at least one year of independent practice and relevant certifications. We are a community dedicated to quality care and supportive teamwork, where you will provide patient-centered care in various specialized areas while adhering to professional practice standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care in specialized areas such as ICU, ED, PACU, Endo, Tele, OB, MHN Pre-Op, Specialty Procedural, Pediatric units, and Labor & Delivery.
• Adhere to department-specific certification requirements and maintain professional practice standards.

Requirements

• Active RN license with at least one year of independent practice.
• Department-specific credentials, such as the ONCC Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider Certificate for chemotherapy administration.
• Advanced certifications:
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) is mandatory for ICU, ED, PACU, Endo, Tele, OB, MHN Pre-Op, and Specialty Procedural areas.
  • PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) is required for Pediatric units (excluding NICU).
  • Fetal Monitoring certification through recognized agencies is necessary for Labor & Delivery RNs.
• Newly licensed RNs have six months to obtain ACLS, PALS, and Fetal Monitoring certifications if applicable to their assigned unit.

RN Fellowship Program

• Requires one year of practice.
• ACLS and BLS certifications are mandatory.
