RN - Patient Care II

About the role

This position is for a Registered Nurse (RN) who will administer specialized care across various departments, including ICU, ED, PACU, Endoscopy, Telemetry, OB, and Pediatric areas. The role requires specific credentialing such as the ONCC Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider Certificate for chemotherapy administration.

Requirements

• At least one year of independent RN practice
• Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) and BLS (Basic Life Support) certifications
• ACLS required for ICU, ED, PACU, Endoscopy, Telemetry, OB, MHN Pre-Op, and Specialty Procedural areas
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) required for Pediatric units (excluding NICU); 30-day window for RNs without a pediatric background
• Fetal Monitoring certification required for Labor & Delivery (L&D) RNs
• Newly licensed RNs have six months to obtain ACLS, PALS, and Fetal Monitoring certifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Completion of an RN Fellowship Program
