RN Part-Time Weekends Only
What You’ll Do
- Provide compassionate nursing care that respects each resident’s dignity, preferences, and individual needs.
- Perform nursing assessments, monitor residents’ conditions, and respond promptly to changes.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established care plans.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care, observations, and resident responses.
- Communicate changes in condition and concerns to physicians, nursing leadership, and families as appropriate.
- Provide direction and support to LVNs and CNAs to promote coordinated care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support resident goals and continuity of care.
- Assist with admissions, transfers, and other nursing needs during the shift.
- Follow infection-prevention practices and promote a safe, comfortable environment.
- Provide reassurance and support to residents and families.
- Deliver thorough shift reports to ensure a smooth transition between care teams.
What You’ll Bring
- A current, active California Registered Nurse license in good standing.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- A current CPR/BLS certification.
- Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
- Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
- Sound clinical judgment and the ability to prioritize resident needs.
- A dependable, team-oriented approach and a positive attitude.
- A passion for caring for others and making residents feel valued.
- Availability to work the NOC shift.

Pay Range: $40.00–$45.00+ per hour, based on experience.

Qualifications
