Complete Care at Brakeley Park, a leading provider of long-term care and rehabilitation services, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our weekend team in Phillipsburg, NJ.

About the Role

As a Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) at Complete Care at Brakeley Park, you will work flexible hours on an as-needed basis, providing high-quality patient care, evaluating patient needs, and developing individualized care plans under the supervision of our experienced healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and documenting patient information
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Evaluate patient needs and provide recommendations for care and treatment
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless continuity of care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements

• Valid NJ RN license
